1. Key Activation & Validity (NTSP Key)

English: Your NTSP Key will be activated within 12 hours of successful payment verification. Please ensure you provide the correct UTR/Transaction ID during request submission.

हिंदी: आपकी NTSP Key भुगतान सत्यापन के 12 घंटे के भीतर सक्रिय कर दी जाएगी। कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आप सबमिट करते समय सही UTR/Transaction ID प्रदान करें।

2. Support Policy

English: Our team provides support within 12 working hours. For urgent queries, please contact the admin directly via the provided WhatsApp support link.

हिंदी: हमारी टीम 12 कामकाजी घंटों के भीतर सहायता प्रदान करती है। तत्काल प्रश्नों के लिए, कृपया प्रदान किए गए व्हाट्सएप सपोर्ट लिंक के माध्यम से सीधे एडमिन से संपर्क करें।

3. Refund & Duplicate Policy

English: NTSP Key once activated is non-refundable. Any duplicate payment requests with the same UTR will be automatically rejected by our system.

हिंदी: एक बार सक्रिय होने के बाद NTSP Key वापस नहीं की जा सकती (Non-refundable)। समान UTR के साथ कोई भी डुप्लीकेट भुगतान अनुरोध हमारे सिस्टम द्वारा स्वचालित रूप से अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।

4. User Responsibilities

English: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal login details. Any misuse of the NTSP Key will lead to permanent account suspension.

हिंदी: उपयोगकर्ता अपने पोर्टल लॉगिन विवरण की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। NTSP Key का कोई भी दुरुपयोग स्थायी खाता निलंबन (Permanent Suspension) का कारण बनेगा।
